The Alsace Battery Zoning Case in Pennsylvania is Wrongly Decided
This is a Legal Opinion of Anthony J. Fejfar, B.A., J.D., Phd., Esq., Coif; Member, United States Supreme Court Bar.
The Alsace Battery zoning case in Pennsylvania is wrongly decided. (See, General Battery Corp. vs. Zoning Board of Alsace Township, 371 A.2d 1030 (1977)). In Alsace Battery the Pennsylvania Supreme Court held that all zoning uses allowed for by state law must be included in any zoning plan, and must be allowed in any county zoning scheme. This is patently false. You cannot zone for a nuisance. Thus, you cannot put a battery disposal plant in an agricultural or residential area, particularly, where this plant involves a criminal nuisance. Moreover, the needs of a corporation operating outside of the county are irrelevant to a valid zoning determination. You cannot zone to put a toxic waste dump in residential counties such as Allegheny County. Thus, Alsace Battery is void for violating Public Policy and Substantive Due Process. See generally, Lochner vs. New York 198 U.S. 45 (1905) and NAACP vs. Button, 378 U.S. 415 (1963)(United States Supreme Court Cases).

The Hindu Christian Trinity of God
As Depth Psychologist Carl Jung tells us, for God to manifest, Archetypes must be employed. And, since Being or Reality is Aunitary, we can see that God might indeed manifest using Archetypes from different cultures. Of course, this does not involve syncretism at all. Thus, in India, using Hindu Archetypes, its is apparent that The Trinity of God Manifests as follows:
God the Father is Atman or Pan
God the Son is Shiva the God of Creativity, also known as Shiva the Destroyer, Jesus Christ
God the Holy Spirit is known as the God, Kali the Demon Slayer.
Obviously, Shakti, the Great Mother, is the Holy Spirit of Divine Wisdom,
The Goddess Minverva, also known as the Goddess Isis, the Goddess of Widom and Good Motherhood, also known as the Fairy Godmother, also known as the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus of Nazareth.

The Current Moslem Koran is Heresy
As a Law and Religion scholar, I have spent some time analyzing the moslem Koran. What I have found is that there was an 1850 CE Koran, which was agreed to by the moslem leadership, the Anglican Church, the Roman Catholic Church, and the Maronite Catholic Church. In fact, the Moslem Koran of 1850 and the Maronite Catholic Bible of 1850 were the same Book. The Koran of 1850 contains the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, as well as the Gospel of Saint Jude, the Apostle, who many moslems thought to be Mohammed in a different reincarnational life. Also contained in the Koran of 1850 was the Solomonic Book of Wisdom, a Book of Wise Taoist Sayings by Mohammed, and stories about the life of Mohammed. And, the Koran of 1850 was written in Vulgate Latin. I have looked the the current, fraudulent version of the Koran, and it is clearly of product of Communist, Soviet, KGB disinformation. All that is there in the current version on the Internet, is just incoherent crap, having nothing to do with the original Koran. Those who are protesting the burning of the current heretical communist Koran, would do better to start using the real Koran, where, Mohammed is known as a Prophet of Jesus Christ, and Allah is known as the Holy Spirit, using Black Magic, ordered towards the Good.
